Three years ago, when Marico came to my campus to recruit fresh graduates I grabbed the opportunity to learn from one of the best organizations in Bangladesh. Marico’s value of meritocracy has enabled me to build a career in Sales. In my 3 years tenure, I have been awarded with many honours and promoted to handle bigger roles.
